Super Bowl XLII

Today I went to the NFL Experience with Kelly and her friend Susan. What an "experience!"
#1 If you ever decided to go to an NFL Experience during Super Bowl weekend, buy your tickets in advance (we did). The line to buy tickets had to be at least 2-3 hours! I'm guessing there were easily over 30,000 people there today. There were fans wearing the clothing of every team. There were tons of Cowboys fans. The NFL experience is a HUGE traveling carnival that gives fans and experience of the NFL. There are autograph areas, 40 yard dashes competitions, drills run by players, huge stores selling everything NFL, the Vince Lombardi Trophy, interactive displays and too much to describe. I wish the Hall of Fame in Canton was like this.
#2 Be sure to arrive early the gates opened at 10 AM, we got to the parking lot around 9 :30 AM. By the time we left, every line was over an hour! If anyone has ever been to an Amusement Park on a Saturday, thats how today was.
#3 The NFL is a huge money generator. The amount of advertising and things on sale was crazy! You don't realize how big the Super Bowl and the NFL are until you experience everything surrounding the event in person.
#4 Saw several celebrities. Brady Quinn of the Cleveland Browns, Mercury Morris of the Miami Dolphins, Fred Taylor of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Marcus Trufant of the Seattle Seahawks, Joe Montana of the San Francisco 49'ers, Mike Ditka of the Chicago Bears, Steve Smith of the Caroline Panthers, Chip Banks of the New York Giants, and Chuck Lidell of UFC fame.
#5 It was a lot of fun. Enjoy some of the pictures and stories below!

Congratulations New York Giants. 2008 NFL Champions
