Yesterday, several of the exhibit guides and myself got a behind the scenes look at the Phoenix Zoo. We spent some time with the Elephant keepers to learn more about the Asian elephants and their exhibit. Part of the tour including feeding the elephants. Found out the record for cookies fed to an elephant at the zoo was 17 by Shaquille O'Neal and his kids. I went for 18. The elephant only took 7!
